Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we make returning or exchanging your order as simple as possible.

To initiate a return, please contact us first via our Contact Us page or email: support@rovstar.com to obtain the correct return address and instructions.
Returns sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

1. Returns for Customer Preference

(You changed your mind / item not as expected)

If you are not satisfied with your product for personal reasons, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging (including accessories, manuals, and tags).

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (shipping & return), unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components.

2. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

  • Unboxing photo if possible (important for damage claims)

Once confirmed as defective or incorrect:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

  • A replacement or full refund will be issued per your preference.

Processing time:

  • Refund processing: 1–3 business days

  • Refund arrival time: 2–7 business days (bank/issuer dependent)

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above after delivery.

4. Lost or Missing Shipment

If 20 business days have passed since shipment and you have not received your package:

  1. Email: support@rovstar.com
  2. We will investigate with the carrier (allow up to 5 business days)

If the package is confirmed lost:

  • You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement, whichever you prefer.

5. Refund Process Timeline

Refund processing begins once the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected.

  • Inspection & approval: 1–3 business days

  • Refund time after approval: 3–10 business days

  • Refund method: Original payment method

6. Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, used, damaged by user operation, or altered in any way.

  • We are not responsible for packages returned without contacting us first.

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to product defect or shipment error.

  • Any refused or undeliverable packages may incur restocking or return fees.
